Roast pork, cheese spaetzle or juicy beef goulash are dishes indispensable to the traditional Tyrolean cuisine and such Tyrolean specialties are exactly what we serve at the "Stiftskeller". We cannot even begin to imagine our menue without oven-fresh spare ribs or the typical "Bierstangerln" that chef Raimund Kellner prepares for our guests every Thursday and Friday evening. A must for all enthusiasts of traditional cuisine.
